history
The model no. 136 f does not appear in any known Victorinox catalogue. It's unclear if it was ever officially produced.
One of the models shown below was made for the Switzerland Swiss brand. Under this brand, cheese is produced in Switzerland especially for export, especially to the USA. There was a promotion where, with the help of cut-out coupons from Switzerland Swiss packaging and an additional contribution, some Victorinox models could be ordered with the Switzerland Swiss logo as a metal insert in the scales. Model No. 136 f was also one of the models that could be ordered. At first glance, the connection between Fischer and cheese is not recognizable. The tip of the fish scaler may have been associated with a cheese fork. The fish scaler is actually suitable for skewering pieces of cheese.
